Weldable
Liner Design |
|
With over 12 years
experience the Argonics Inc. Kryptane urethane weldable liners are
not only the originator of the weld-in system but also the
industry leader for weldable liner design. Our weld inserts
have developed through years of experience to assure maximum
holding power and to mechanically lock our liners in place.
Our open throat design allows the installer easy access to the
weld point while reducing any heat fatigue of liner bond. We
provide more weld points at critical liner locations. This
coupled with our exclusive dual durometer liner prevents concrete
from penetrating between the liner and metal substrate. The
dual durometer liner utilizes a soft abrasion and impact resistant
formulation on the top surface and a more rigid formulation on the
bottom. The two different durometers are also produced in
dual color. This allows for early wear detection. Our
exclusive Snap-Tite plug is designed with compressed air relief to
ease installation while our O-ring type seal creates an aggressive
lock to assure our plugs stay in place. |

Kryptile
Wear & Impact Plates |
|
Kryptile has been
designed as a transfer point impact wear plate. It combines the
wear resistance of alumina oxide ceramic with the impact
resistance of Kryptane polyurethane. Available with ceramic hex
tiles for applications of sliding abrasion combined with low
impingement impact typical of turn head liner wear. Kryptile can
be custom manufactured to virtually all geometric shapes. Adhesion
of the urethane to the ceramic is very critical to the performance
of the product. This process is closely monitored during
manufacturing to assure ultimate bond strength and product
integrity. Kryptile liners are designed to be bolted in place for
installation ease and change-out. A weldable system is also
available. |

Charge chutes, dump cones, and discharge chutes benefit
by increasing wear life and speeding up material flow. Clean up is
a breeze using a water jet with less chipping out of old concrete. |
KRYPTANE GREEN lined mixers perform in all types
of concrete applications: RCC, low slump, and fly ash mixtures.
They are very long lasting and significantly reduce or eliminate
mixer clean-up. Other consistent performance in all climates and
temperatures with reduced noise levels. |

liners. Made with the plug weld installation method. |
Aggregate batchers, turn heads, and chute liners reduce
maintenance and downtime. Noise reduction is a welcome feature. KRYPTANE
