The Accoflo Eraser Conveyor Belt Cleaning
System utilizes our exclusive Heavy Duty Raptor Profile
Blade. This blade profile is a commanding 7 inches in height
providing more available cleaning where required. The blades
is standardly issued in our high performance Kryptane Green
83A formula. This material combines excellent cleaning
properties coupled with abrasion resistance. Large blades
and abrasion resistance equals longer life. you'll spend
less money on replacement blades and less time installing
them. Our single pin blade attachment also eases
installation and may be switched to right hand, left hand,
or reverse applications.

Our Perma-Torque tensioner is an elastomeric unit which is
adjustable from 20 foot pounds to 85 foot pounds and may be
twisted from 0 to 504° without failure. The tensioner is
internally located within the mainframe and provides its
torque to the blade at a more centralized location, which
provides consistent even cleaning. Due to the internal
design, the tensioner system does not protrude out either
end of the mounting substrate more than 4". This
shallow protrusion design allows for installation into
limited space and keeps catwalks clear of interference.

This system is built heavy duty throughout. The mainframe is
constructed of 1/4" wall x 3" x 3" square
tube stock and is coupled to galvanized schedule 80 pipe
stub ends with three 1/2" square head set-screws at
each end. The set-screws cradle the stub ends and force them
into alignment with the mainframe. Both stub ends may freely
telescope in and out of the mainframe for easy installation.
This heavy frame construction provides chatter-free
operation, even blade ware, and will not easily bend in
mechanical splice distress applications.

Our flanged mounting spools may be welded or bolted into
position. A V-groove is machined into each flange in a
cross-hair pattern to make finding center during
installation a breeze. The spools are urethane lined. This,
coupled with our galvanized stub ends creates an anti-seize
situation which assures free movement even in the dirtiest
application. The lining also severely dampens noise levels
associated with mechanical belt splices. Both mounting
spools provided with a system are manufactured the same so a
tensioner may be used on either end or both ends.
